If a guest wishes to pay with a different card or split the payment with another guest, it is their responsibility to inform DINA Lodge in writing (email dina@dinalodge.com) prior to the payment due date (14 days prior to arrival).
For onsite expenses incurred during stays, such as late checkout fees, optional treatments, and merchandise, guests agree that such onsite charges will be processed to their credit card on file at the time the product or service is rendered. Guests authorize payment for these products and services via their credit card on file. It is a guest’s responsibility to speak with lodge staff at the time of arranging services if they intend to pay with cash or a different credit card.
In the event a guest shortens their stay, downgrades room categories, withdraws from a course, or if the guest sharing their room leaves early, or any other situation leading to an overpayment arises, any unused portion of a guest’s payment will be converted to a credit.* Refunds will not be issued except when a guest has paid for a course that DINA Lodge cancelled after the guest paid for said course, in which case, only the course tuition portion will be refunded. If there are outstanding balances from a guest’s visit and there is a credit on file, that credit will be used toward the remaining balance.
*Credits are calculated by subtracting the following from the amount paid for this booking: subtract accommodation rate per night multiplied by the number of nights actually spent at DINA Lodge, subtract the cost of any services rendered (including but not limited to course tuition), subtract relevant taxes. The credit is valid for two years from the time of its creation. Credits may be used for a room upgrade during a guest’s current stay (pending availability), future DINA Lodge bookings (a new deposit will be required), and for online programming. Credits may not be used for merchandise.
No credit or refund will be issued in the event of a no-show.
Guests agree to the payment policy at the time of booking.
