About Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the 5,000-year-old medical system of India and sister science of yoga. It is a mind-body-spirit medicine that focuses on maintaining good health and restoring imbalances that can lead to disease. Ayurveda looks at health through the lens of 3 doshas: vata, pitta, kapha. When the doshas are balanced, good health prevails. The Ayurvedic canon includes thousands of practices and techniques designed specifically to keep the doshas in balance (or bring them into balance) to maintain or return to goodl health.
About DINA Lodge
DINA Lodge is a sanctuary of calm nestled in northern New Hampshire on the Vermont border and just an hour’s drive to Quebec. Surrounded by mountains and rivers, meadows and streams, lodge guests enjoys beautiful views, high quality air, and refreshingly easy access to all types of nature.
DINA lodge includes:

From Boston and other points south: Take Interstate 93 north to Exit 41 (Littleton, NH). Bear left at the bottom of exit. DINA Lodge is 1.9 miles down on the left.
From New York: From I-684 north, take Exit 9E to get on I-84. Take I-84 to Exit 51 (I-91 north) Travel on I-91 to Exit 19. Take Exit 19 to get onto I-93 south. Take Exit 41 toward Cottage Street. At the bottom of the exit, take a right. DINA Lodge is 1.9 miles down on the left.
From Montreal: Take Route 10 E to Route 55. Cross the border at Derby. Take I-91 south to Exit 19 (I-93) toward Littleton. From I-93 south, take Exit 41 toward Cottage Street/Littleton. At the bottom of the exit, take a right. DINA Lodge is 1.9 miles down on the left.
