Our Retreats

The DINA Retreat
Our namesake, this guided retreat sets the table for transformation. You’ll live the Ayurvedic daily routine (dinacarya — dee nuh CHAR ee uh), which incorporates practices designed to bring the mind-body-spirit into harmony.
You’ll experience Ayurveda yoga, pranayama, meditation, and self-care techniques tailored to your unique dosha. Each retreat day includes time in the Ayurveda classroom learning from leading experts in Ayurveda, plus yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation; practices in nature; three simple, healthful meals; nightly sangha, and free time to reflect or explore. The retreat also includes a one-hour consultation with and personalized recommendations from an Ayurvedic practitioner (a $300 value).
You’ll leave this retreat with new health-promoting habits that will endure long after the retreat ends.

Ayurvedic Quiet Retreat
The radical act of embracing quiet in a loud, loud world can be life-changing. This guided retreat uses Ayurvedic techniques to bring deep quiet and true calm. We’ll use dinacarya (daily routine), pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, yoga, and nature to help us experience the presence of mind that deep hush brings — and the healthy habits that come with presence of mind. The Quiet Retreat is a great alternative for those looking for a deeply transformative experience without the rigor of a silent retreat.
Each retreat day includes three simple, healthful meals, nightly sangha, and free time to reflect, practice, or explore. This retreat also includes a one-hour consultation with and personalized recommendations from an Ayurvedic Practitioner (a $300 value).
Quiet soothes the senses, aids concentration, aids mindful eating, improves digestion, and has many other benefits. A lot can awaken when deep quiet prevails. You’ll leave this retreat with techniques you can integrate into your real life right away.
-

Ayurvedic Silent Retreat
Inspired by the Vedic sages who retreated to the forest for quiet rejuvenation, the Ayurvedic Silent Retreat provides a reset for the central nervous system. We’ll use movement, breathing, mindfulness practices, and foods geared toward supporting inward attention.
Each retreat day includes guided silent yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork); three simple, healthful meals; an optional one-hour consultation with and personalized recommendations from an Ayurvedic Practitioner (a $300 value); and nightly optional sangha, where we break the silence for just a little while.
Silence helps focus a busy mind, improve sleep, revive the senses, and promote calm. Getting silent is not easy; trying it in a deeply supportive environment, where all your basic needs are met, helps bring transformation. Remap your buzzing mind to attain a new level of awareness, and take home simple practices you can integrate IRL.

Ayurvedic Guided Cleanse Retreat
The junction of the seasons is a great time to release the gunk that has been accumulating in our bodies and minds. The DINA Lodge Cleanse Retreat uses gentle Ayurvedic practices to prepare the body and mind to cleanse and then support them as they release the unhelpful buildup that tends to linger in our tissues and joints, leading to aches, pains, and even disease.
This cleanse begins and ends at your home, with the main cleanse portion taking place in the supportive environment of DINA Lodge. Each retreat day includes guided yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation; hands-on Ayurvedic cooking experiences; three simple and healthful meals; and free time for reflection, rest, or exploration. This retreat also includes a one-hour consultation with and personalized recommendations from an Ayurvedic practitioner (a $300 value) and an optional guided hike.
